1) The “HAJJ-USA Registration Form” (below) must be printed and filled up. After completion, a signature must be attached in the bottom.
2) The "Terms and Condition Form" must also be printed, filled up and signed.
3) A copy of the front page of your passport must be sent in with the forms. The front page is where the "issue date" and the "expiry date" is located.
4) Mail the two forms with a "downpaymnent" check for $2,000.00.
The check can be either a Money Order or a Bank Check.
Money Order from the post office is acceptable.
5) After the 20th of Ramadan, all payments must be made in full. No more deposits will be accepted.
